Yahoo page rank

Hey did anyone try for there page ranks in yahoo.
Many search for google and not yahoo(mostly).
Do you think same method can be used for both search engines?

I think different strategies are followed for different search engines.
Same method doesn't work for all the search engines to increase your page rank.
