Different Country's Yahoos....

Whilst looking at some stats for a website of mine, I can across a search from Yahoo Japan Images. When I went there and found the image someone had found on my website, I clicked on the image and it brought it up into the centre of the screen and then presented a video player control panel option below - this was to start playing the ALL the searched images in rotation.
So, why hasn't Yahoo.com Images got the same video player option when you search images?
